Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Feedi, operated by [Feedi legal entity name] ("we", "us"). By using Feedi you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Feedi.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Feedi. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use Feedi only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and a parent or guardian must make any purchase.

Feedi uses artificial intelligence to rate the visual design of an Instagram grid: its color palette, consistency, composition, editing, visual interest and aesthetic identity. It produces scores, an estimated potential score, suggested fixes, and a shareable image.

Ratings are automated opinions about design, for entertainment and general information. They may be inaccurate or inconsistent, and they are not professional, marketing, or financial advice. We don't guarantee any result, such as more followers or engagement, from following a suggestion.

Feedi rates the page, never the people in it. It is designed not to comment on anyone's appearance, and it must not be used to judge, rank, or comment on how a person looks.

You may only submit screenshots or an Instagram handle for an account that:

• you own or manage, or
• you have the account owner's permission to rate.

Handle ratings only work for public accounts and only use publicly available posts. You are responsible for what you submit and for having the right to submit it.

You agree not to:

• use Feedi to harass, bully, shame, or target anyone, or to rate accounts without permission;
• upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit, depicts minors inappropriately, or infringes others' rights;
• circumvent payments, usage limits, or security measures, or access features you haven't paid for;
• scrape, copy, resell, or automate access to Feedi, or reverse engineer it;
• interfere with or overload our systems, or attempt to access data that isn't yours.

We may limit, suspend, or block access for any use that breaks these rules.

You can use Feedi without an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since that's how you sign in. Use one account per person and give accurate information. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

Feedi Pro costs $4.99 (USD) per month, plus any applicable taxes, and renews automatically each month until you cancel. It includes the full edit plan on every rating, score history, analytics of your own Instagram account (insights and audience), the planner with next-post ideas, trends, and caption ideas. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details.

You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time except where the law requires it. If we change the price, we'll tell you in advance and the new price applies from your next renewal; you can cancel before then.

A one-time plan unlocks the full edit plan or fixes for the single rating you bought it for, in the browser where you bought it, for $2.99 (USD), charged once, with no account needed. Each new rating has its own plan. Clearing your cookies or switching devices may remove access; contact us with your receipt and we'll help. (Fix passes bought before plans became per rating keep working as they did.)

Refunds. If a purchase doesn't work as described, email [privacy@yourdomain.com] within 14 days for a refund. Paid features are digital content delivered immediately; where the law gives you a right of withdrawal, you agree that delivery starts at purchase. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Feedi Pro can analyze one Instagram account that you own. You prove ownership by adding a one-time code to the account's public bio. Only connect an account that is yours; connecting someone else's account, or using analytics to monitor, harass, or contact the people who comment, is not allowed and ends your access. Analytics use only public data (posts, like and comment counts, captions, and public comments). Instagram doesn't make the list of people who liked a post public, so we don't have it. Patterns from a few dozen posts are estimates, not guarantees.

Trends are estimates computed from a sample of public trending content and may be incomplete or out of date. Caption ideas are generated by AI and may resemble other content. Check that anything you post is appropriate and that you have the rights to any audio you use. You're responsible for what you post.

You keep all rights to the images and planner content you submit. You give us a limited license to process them solely to provide Feedi to you. We don't store images after the rating is done (see the Privacy Policy). You may share your story card and rating however you like.

Feedi, including its design, software, scoring system and branding, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Feedi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Feedi relies on third-party services (listed in the Privacy Policy), and we aren't responsible for their availability or practices.

Feedi is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't warrant that Feedi will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ratings will be accurate.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Feedi is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit or your breach of these Terms, including submitting an account you didn't have permission to rate.

We may update Feedi or these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Feedi after changes means you accept them. You may stop using Feedi at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
